I understand the refund policy associated with this purchase is as follows: In the event that you are unable to participate in this training event, the purchase price is transferrable to a later training event. However, due to the limited spaces available, this purchase and all payments are non-refundable. Should I have to cancel my attendance, I must advise hello@ii4i.org on or before 15 February 2014 in order to receive a credit for my purchase. After this date, no credit will be awarded. At no time will any refund be awarded, no matter the date of attendance cancellation.
